Product Description
The 16193A is used to measure a
small, side electrodes surface mount devise (SMD) with high repeatability.
Applicable Instruments
The 16193A has been
designed to operate speci cally with the following LCR meters and impedance
analyzers:
- You can directly connect the 16193A to: 4191A, 4291B, E4991A
- You can use the 16193A with 43961A: 4395A (option 010), 4396A/B (option
010)
- You can use the 16193A with 41951A: 4195A
- You can use the 16193A with RF adapter 42942A: 4294A
- You can use the 16193A with RF adapter 16085B: 4284A1
- You can use the 16193A with RF adapter 16099A: 4194A with 41941A2
