Standard Patch Cord Tips
These tips are for looking at patch cords (e.g., pigtails, male connectors, etc.). Currently available are two main “Universal Patch Cord” tips. One tip is compatible with 2.5mm ferrules (e.g., FC, SC, ST) while the other works well for 1.25mm ferrules (e.g., LC, MU). There are also dedicated tips for looking at APC patch cords.
