WESTOVER SCIENTIFIC FM-C320 320x Fiber Microscope
Westover Scientific's C-Series hand-held microscope is designed for field use
or lab inspection of optical fiber connectors. LED illumination provides 100,000
hours lamp life and you get precision optics from 320X. A laser safety filter is
installed and versatile interface uses interchangeable pre-centered universal
adapter. Smooth focus control gives you clear, bright images. An ergonomic
design and rubber eye cup provide you with comfort.
Coaxial illumination is preferred by more critical users. Light is introduced
into the axis so that it comes out of the tip of the objective and strikes the
sample perpendicular to the fiber end-face. This produces excellent detail of
scratches and contamination.
The hand-held scope is 8.75'' x 1.25''.
