The 41941B Impedance Probe Kits are accessories for the 4194A. The 41941B Has a 3m Cable. The 41941B are usable only with 4194As with ROM Version 2.2 and cannot be used with ROM Versions 2.1 and below.
The combination of the 41941B Probe with the "IMP with Z PROBE" function expands the 4194A's measurement capability. As shown below.
