The Fujikura CT-07BS fiber cleaver is used for cleaving both single-mode and multi-mode fibers. It has two v-grooves, one for 250 micron o.d. coating over 125 micron bare fiber, and the other is for 900 micron o.d. coating over 125 micron bare fiber. This cleaver delivers consistent splices of less than 0.5dB loss.

Noyes Hi Lite VFL
The HiLite is a compact but powerful visible red laser source designed to troubleshoot faults on fiber optic cables. Light generated by this unit will escape from sharp bends and breaks in jacketed or bare fibers, as well as poorly mated connectors. It can identify faults in fiber optic jumper cables, distribution frames, patch panels, and splice trays.
The HiLite is an excellent complement to an OTDR because it can locate faults inside the OTDRâ??s dead-zone. Other applications include end-to-end continuity checks, identifying connectors in patch panels and fibers during splicing operations. The universal connector interface provides fast operation with many connector styles without changing an adapter.
