The Rosemount / Emerson HART 475 Field Communicator builds on the industry-leading technology of the HART 375 Field Communicator while adding innovative new capabilities including color display, Bluetooth communication, and advanced field diagnostics. What you get is the most powerful handheld available – universal,user upgradeable, rugged and reliable. Only the 475 Field Communicator can deliver all this in a single handheld communicator.
The HART 475 Field Communicator is designed to simplify your work in the field. The intuitive full color user interface allows you to leverage the same practices for both HART and FOUNDATION fieldbus devices. It includes a larger touch screen than PDAs or Pocket PCs, supports HART versions 5, 6, and 7 (including WirelessHART™) devices, and allows you to upgrade your 475 Field Communicator onsite using the Internet.
The 475 Field Communicator establishes the new standard for handheld communicators.With a full-color user interface, powerful diagnostic capabilities, and fast start up and operating times, the 475 Field Communicator will power your experience and simplify your work in the field.
Use the 475 Field Communicator to configure field devices or perform diagnostics for effective troubleshooting in the field. Create a quality segment, detect power supply problems, run valve diagnostics, or locate incorrect terminations and faulty devices without dragging a laptop into the plant.
The 475 Field Communicator is fully compatible with AMS™Suite: Intelligent Device Manager. AMS Device Manager allows you to configure, calibrate, document, and troubleshoot HART, FOUNDATION fieldbus, and WirelessHART devices.
Easily transfer device configurations between AMS Device Manager and the 475 Field Communicator via Bluetooth to ensure you are always looking at the most updated device information. Or use the ValveLink Mobile application to run valve diagnostics for troubleshooting in the field and transfer data to AMS Device Manager for additional analysis.
