FLIR ThermoVision Security HD Camera
ThermoVision Security HD (S-HD) is a complete day and night security camera system designed for outdoor installation. This extremely compact multi-sensor camera system includes an integrated pan/tilt and plug and play compatibility, and supports legacy interfaces and emerging IP-based standards. In addition, S-HD includes state-of-the-art detectors and image processing technologies.
The system features a highly sensitive thermal imager, which allows operators to detect and monitor events from long distances with an uncooled thermal camera. Events can be detected through smoke, fog, rain, and total darkness. The system includes a visible daylight TV camera that provides color imagery. And, because the S-HD has a true thermal imager that doesnﾒt require illumination, you get true covert security.
High Performance Daylight TV Camera
S-HD delivers viewing capability from far distances, with a 25x optical zoom and 12x digital zoom. The camera also features a low light mode. Electronic image stabilization helps to deliver a clear image at full zoom.
Pan/Tilt Mechanism
The camera features a reliable, small, lightweight pan/tilt enclosure designed specifically for the security market. Controlled by computer or joystick display unit, it easily integrates with new or existing security solutions.
Broad Integration Capability
S-HD gives you three options for integration: Display Control Unit with built in LCD monitor and joystick control panel; a software development kit with a Lab View GUI; or over an IP network using ThermoVision Nexus System Architecture. S-HD also supports legacy command protocols.
