Fluke NORMA 6003+ Portable Power Analyzer 3 Channel Speed & Torque

The Fluke NORMA 6003+ is a portable precision power analyzer for measuring how electrical equipment uses and converts power. Its three measurement channels each have a voltage and current input, making it well suited to three-phase systems. Technicians can use it in a lab or take it into the field to measure equipment under normal operating conditions.

The analyzer measures voltage, current, active and reactive power, apparent power, power factor, and harmonics. Its wideband measurement capability helps capture the behavior of equipment with electronic switching, including inverters and motor drives. The display offers meter, waveform, harmonic, phasor, and trend views so users can examine results in different ways.

The “Plus” model adds a motor input for speed and torque measurements from separate transducers. By comparing those mechanical readings with the electrical power going into a motor, the NORMA 6003+ can help assess electrical-to-mechanical efficiency and identify performance losses. The speed and torque sensors must be connected separately.

Designed for work at the equipment being tested, the NORMA 6003+ is battery powered and weighs about 7.7 lb (3.5 kg). Fluke specifies up to 10 hours of battery operation. Its compact design lets technicians investigate motors, drives, and power conversion systems without relying solely on bench measurements.

The analyzer can store measurement trends and connect to a computer through USB or RS-485. Fluke’s Power Analyzer Software supports live measurements, data downloads, and further analysis. These capabilities make the NORMA 6003+ useful for testing, troubleshooting, and documenting the performance of electrical and motor systems.
