The Keysight N9963B FieldFox is a handheld microwave signal analyzer designed for RF testing wherever the work takes you. Covering frequencies from 9 kHz to 54 GHz, it lets technicians examine signals, check system performance, and investigate interference at an installation site or in the field.
Built for demanding work environments, the N9963B combines a durable enclosure with a color display and controls designed for on-site measurements. Its spectrum analyzer can make accurate measurements without a warm-up period.
The N9963B can be configured for more specialized work through optional software. Depending on the options installed, it can provide real-time spectrum analysis, radar pulse measurements, I/Q data analysis, and over-the-air testing for 5G NR and LTE. This flexibility makes it useful for both routine maintenance and detailed microwave signal troubleshooting.
