Olympus Vanta C Series VCR Handheld XRF Analyzer w/ Alloy Plus
Use the Olympus Vanta C-Series Handheld XRF Analyzer for fast, on-site industrial lead-paint testing on steel structures, equipment, bridges, and building components. This analyzer provides non-destructive screening for lead (Pb) and other heavy metals in coatings, primers, and painted surface helping safety professionals, environmental contractors, and coating inspectors verify compliance and support remediation projects.
Unlike consumer or HUD-certified lead-paint analyzers, this model is configured specifically for industrial and occupational use where coatings are often thick, multilayered, or applied to metallic substrates.
The Vanta C-Series features a 50 kV Rhodium X-ray tube and high-resolution silicon drift detector (SDD), offering sensitive detection of lead, chromium, cadmium, arsenic, zinc, and other metals commonly found in industrial coatings. Each reading is displayed in seconds with clear on-screen pass/fail or quantitative Pb results (ppm or wt %).
This unit is ideal for screening painted steel, concrete, and composite surfaces in manufacturing plants, refineries, shipyards, and other regulated industrial environments.
Alloy Plus
This portable XRF analyzer is equipped with the Alloy Plus option, enabling advanced capabilities for identifying complex alloys and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Whether you’re working in manufacturing, recycling, or quality control, the Vanta VCR Series is a trusted tool for non-destructive testing (NDT) that saves time and enhances productivity.
