Sunrise Telecom SSMTT-28 Ethernet Module

The SSMTT-28 test module, part of the SunSet Modular Test Toolkit (MTT) family of test sets, are rugged, battery-operated test solutions for the installation and maintenance of Metro Ethernet services. The robust set of testing capabilities in the SSMTT-28 module make them ideal for the field technician who needs to verify end-to-end transport of Ethernet/IP traffi c, perform a BER test, determine throughput, link utilization, round trip delay, and frame loss ratios. IP features such as Ping, Trace Route, Web Download, FTP download/upload, along with easy-to-use automated Service Level Agreement (SLA) verification tests like RFC 2544, make the SSMTT-28, the complete test solution for turning up and maintaining Metro Ethernet services.

The SSxDSL-8 Dual T1 Module, part of the SunSet Modular Test Toolkit (MTT) family of products, is a rugged, battery-operated handheld test solution for comprehensive T1 testing. The MTT product family features the SunSet MTT as the industry’s premium handheld platform for access network service installation, verification, and troubleshooting applications. The Dual T1 Module, suited for everything from cable installation and maintenance to protocol monitoring, offers a full suite of tools for testing T1 circuits including pulse mask analysis, frequency and signal level measurement, error detection, alarm monitoring, voice frequency, and loopback control.

The DS3 Module offers comprehensive transmission testing for both T3 and T1 circuits. With 1 Tx/2 Rx ports at DS3 and 2 Tx/2 Rx ports at DS1, it is suitable for installation and maintenance applications on high-speed DS3 links.
