Fluke 190-202 Series III Scopemeter 2 Channel 200MHz Oscilloscope
The Fluke 190-202 Series III ScopeMeter is a portable, battery-powered oscilloscope used to examine electrical signals and troubleshoot equipment. It combines a two-channel, 200 MHz oscilloscope with a digital multimeter and recording functions. Designed for technicians and maintenance engineers, it brings waveform analysis to industrial machinery, power electronics, and electronic control systems.
An oscilloscope displays how voltage changes over time, helping users see noise, distortion, pulses, and interruptions. The 190-202-III can display two signals simultaneously, allowing comparison between different points in a circuit. Its 200 MHz bandwidth and sampling rate of up to 2.5 billion samples per second on each channel help capture rapid signal changes, while its memory stores up to 10,000 samples per channel for closer examination.
The instrument’s two oscilloscope inputs are electrically isolated from each other and from ground, allowing measurements on circuits with different reference voltages. It carries CAT III 1000 V and CAT IV 600 V safety ratings, subject to the specified input and probe limits. Its rugged, IP51-rated enclosure provides protection against dust and vertically falling water droplets for field use.
The built-in 5,000-count digital multimeter measures AC and DC voltage, resistance, continuity, and diodes. Suitable accessories also allow current and temperature measurements. Connect-and-View automatically adjusts triggering to produce a stable waveform display, making it easier to inspect changing or complex signals. Frequency-spectrum analysis helps users examine the frequency components within a signal.
For problems that occur intermittently, ScopeRecord captures extended waveform recordings, while TrendPlot tracks measurement changes over time. These functions help investigate events such as motor startup, power-supply interruptions, and drifting signals. Saved waveforms, screenshots, and settings can be transferred through USB, and FlukeView 2 software supports further analysis, archiving, and documentation of findings.
