The Fluke ThermoView TV33 60 Hz Stand-Alone Thermal Imager is a fixed industrial infrared camera designed for continuous temperature monitoring. Part of Fluke Process Instruments’ TV30 series, it helps manufacturers observe equipment and production processes, detect abnormal heating, and support quality inspections. Its 320 × 240-pixel sensor produces thermal images containing 76,800 pixels.

The TV33 detects infrared radiation from surfaces and converts it into temperature information and thermal images. It measures temperatures from −10°C to 1,300°C (14°F to 2,372°F). The 60 Hz version updates its thermal image 60 times per second, helping users observe moving products and temperature changes during production. Available lens options and motorized focusing help adapt the camera to different viewing distances and inspection areas.

Its stand-alone design allows temperature analysis and monitoring to run within the camera without a dedicated computer continuously connected. Users access live images and configure monitoring through a web browser. They can define multiple areas of interest, assign temperature limits, and set alerts for abnormal conditions, allowing different parts of a process to be monitored independently within the same image.

The TV33 can also connect to industrial monitoring and control systems. It supports MQTT and OPC UA, includes three onboard inputs and three outputs, and interfaces with additional remote input/output modules. These connections allow temperature information and alarms to support automated process monitoring, product quality checks, and equipment protection.

Built for industrial environments, the camera has an IP67-rated housing and specified resistance to mechanical shock and vibration. It operates from a 24 V DC supply or compatible Power over Ethernet, simplifying installation where network infrastructure is available. Its compact construction and remote access make it suitable for permanent monitoring positions where operators need ongoing temperature information without routinely approaching the equipment.
