The Fluke TV33 9 Hz Stand-Alone ThermoView Thermal Imager is a fixed industrial infrared camera used to continuously monitor temperatures. Part of the ThermoView TV30 series, it helps operators detect hot spots, temperature inconsistencies, and process changes without contacting the measured surface.
Its 320 × 240-pixel infrared detector produces thermal images containing 76,800 measurement pixels. The 9 Hz frame rate updates the image nine times per second, allowing users to observe temperature changes across equipment or products. Its specified measurement range extends from −10°C to 1,300°C.
The stand-alone design performs monitoring and analysis within the camera, allowing operation without a dedicated computer continuously running beside it. A built-in web interface provides access to live images and configuration settings, helping users set up and review measurements remotely.
Users can define areas of interest and assign temperature limits and alerts to individual regions. Integrated inputs and outputs, along with industrial communication protocols such as MQTT and OPC UA, help connect the camera to automation systems for process monitoring and quality checks.
An IP67-rated housing protects the imager against dust and water ingress. Motorized focusing and standard, wide-angle, or telephoto lens configurations accommodate different installations. Powered by 24 V DC or Power over Ethernet, the TV33 supports continuous industrial temperature monitoring and helps teams identify conditions requiring attention.
