The advanced 26DL PLUS is an ultrasonic gauge designed to measure the remaining wall thickness in corroded or eroded pipes, tanks, or hulls. It combines the benefits of an ultrasonic thickness gage, a powerful internal datalogger, and a sophisticated digital waveform display. All in a single, rugged, handheld package with battery or AC operation to provide you with unprecedented inspection capabilities. The 26DL PLUS also features Automatic Probe Recognition, Fast Scan Mode, Alarm Mode, and High Temperature capabilities, and weighs only 2 lbs (0.9Kg).

WAVEFORM DISPLAY
The Waveform Display (or A-Scan) makes the 26DL PLUS different from conventional gauges. The benefit of this backlit display is that - at the time of measurement - you can examine the ultrasonic waveform. Features such as Zoom, Freeze, Manual Gain Adjust, and Extended Blanking enable you to solve difficult measurement problems.

POWERFUL INTERNAL DATALOGGING SYSTEM
A powerful Internal Datalogging System provides extensive and flexible documentation. It has the capability to store 6150 thickness measurements or 770 measurements with waveforms, all fully documented. Each stored measurement includes a 12- (or optional 16) character alphanumeric Location Code as well as a description of many measurement or waveform conditions.

INTERFACE PROGRAM
The 26DL PLUS comes complete with an Interface Program that lets you take advantage of a wide range of documentation possibilities such as Color-coded Grid Report and Sequential, Grid, Boiler, or Custom File Formats.

THRU-PAINT MEASUREMENTS
Echo-to-Echo Thickness Measurements allow you take true metal thickness measurements with no need to remove paint or coating layers. The 26DL PLUS is the world's first gage to use a dual element transducer for this time-saving feature.
