When compared to other splicers—such as core-alignment models or entry-level cladded options—it shines in speed, portability, and ease of use in the field.
Alignment Method:
Uses a Fixed V-Groove. While cladding-aligned or core-aligned models offer higher precision for long-haul networks, fixed V-groove is highly reliable and significantly more cost-effective for standard last-mile drop cables.
